Full Day-of Coordination

Service Description

This service is for you if you have already planned everything but want full-day oversight. INCLUDES: - Rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours) - A final details meeting 3 weeks prior - Access to client portal following the meeting - Vendor arrival time coordination 1-2 weeks prior - Wedding day timeline review - Vendor contact sheet organization - 10 hours of wedding day coverage with your choice of coverage window - Vendor direction and timeline execution - Setup oversight - Primary point of contact on wedding day only DOES NOT INCLUDE: - Vendor confirmations sooner than 1-2 weeks out - Becoming point of contact before wedding day - Planning assistance Additional hours (up to 2 extra hours) are $60/hour. You must have all forms submitted to your client portal no later than ONE WEEK prior to your wedding.
